Terms of Service

Welcome to Entrepreneurial Trades Academy ("ETA," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform operated by Blue Collar Funded LLC. By accessing or using our website at entrepreneurialtradesacademy.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Membership and Subscription

ETA offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Coaching Programs

Coaching program fees are due at the time of enrollment. Coaching programs include a defined number of sessions over a defined period. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. All 12 business manuals are included with coaching enrollment at no additional cost.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (manuals, worksheets, templates) are non-refundable once delivered. All digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission from Blue Collar Funded LLC.

6. Build Flow

Build Flow is a construction management platform operated separately at bluecollarfunded.com. Use of Build Flow is governed by its own terms of service. Build Flow access provided through coaching enrollment is subject to the duration and terms of the coaching program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum, tools, templates, worksheets, and manuals — is the property of Blue Collar Funded LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Site (such as forum posts or coaching assignments). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share your account credentials; scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content; attempt to reverse-engineer any tools or systems; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff.

10. Limitation of Liability

ETA provides educational content and tools. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our content. See our Disclaimer for additional details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Funded LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lawrence County, Ohio.
